We have particular experience in drafting residential tenancy agreements, commercial leases, collecting rent in arrears and repossession of premises.


We also represent our clients in matters relating to estates, including drafting wills, applying for grant of probate or letters of administration, applications under the Mental Capacity Act (Cap. 177A) and advise on trust-related issues.


We are expanding our fast growing Shipping and Maritime Practice. We have acted for various local and foreign banks in ship finance transactions amounting to more than US$ 1 Billion. We also act for investors in the shipping industry and also advise a Government agency on regulatory and Admiralty issues. We also handle cargo and chartering disputes.
